Welcome to Polar Royale. By accessing our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your stay at our 4-star hotel, your visitation to our local casino, and your dining experience at our restaurant.

1. Age Requirements

Entry to the Casino and the purchase of alcohol in the Restaurant are strictly limited to persons aged 18 and over. We reserve the right to verify the age of any visitor via official government-issued identification. Failure to provide such identification will result in denial of service.

2. Casino Operations

Our casino operates under the regulations set by the Finnish Ministry of Interior and local licensing boards. We strictly adhere to fair gaming practices. Any attempt at fraudulent activity or disruption of gaming floor decorum will lead to immediate expulsion and a potential permanent ban.

3. Reservations & Cancellations

Hotel reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid a one-night stay charge. Restaurant reservations for groups of 10 or more require 24-hour notice for cancellations.

4. Liability

Polar Royale is not liable for the loss of personal belongings not stored in provided room safes. We are also not responsible for losses incurred on the casino floor.
